WHO I AM

I'm a product manager who codes. 9 years building and scaling digital products, 6 of those focused on growth for B2C SaaS in international markets. I've led teams of 6 across iOS, Android, Web, and Server, shipped 40+ A/B experiments per quarter, and built products from zero to $2M revenue.

What makes me different: I don't just write specs and move tickets. I build automations with Claude Code, create MCP servers, write SQL, and prototype with AI tools. When I say I understand the tech, I mean I've shipped code this week.

Currently consulting on product strategy and AI implementation for early-stage startups, while building open-source tools for the product community.
